You do not need an account, and none of these choices affect the price you pay or the service you receive.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We collect personal information from how you use our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We share some of it with advertising, analytics and technology partners so we can run the site, measure how it performs, and show you ads that are more relevant to you.

Under California law and the privacy laws of several other U.S. states, that sharing may count as a "sale", a "share", or "targeted advertising", and you have the right to stop it. Opting out does not delete information we already hold, and it does not stop ads. It stops us sharing your information to target them.

Use the form on this page and select the do-not-sell-or-share request type. We will not ask you to verify your identity to honor it, and we will not ask you to create an account. An authorized agent may submit the request for you if they provide your signed written permission. No permission is needed for an opt-out signal sent by your browser.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and browser extensions that sends an automatic opt-out signal to every site you visit. If you visit our website with GPC enabled, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and device.

A GPC signal applies to the browser it is sent from. If you use more than one browser or device, enable it on each, or submit a request through the form so the opt-out is recorded against your email address as well.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

JLUXLABEL uses automated decision-making technologies and profiling tools. These process personal information to personalize your experience, recommend products, and decide which marketing you receive. "Automated decision-making" means technology that replaces or substantially replaces a human decision.

What these tools do. They look at your shopping history, your browsing activity and how you interact with our site, and use that to decide which products, promotions and messages you are shown.

What we do not use them for. We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, or access to essential goods and services.

Your right to opt out. You can opt out of the use of these tools for decisions that significantly affect you. Submit a request through the form on this page, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Your Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
• Get a copy of it, in a portable format
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete information we hold about you
• Limit how we use sensitive personal information
• Appeal a decision if we turn a request down

These rights come from different laws depending on where you are, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, comparable laws in other U.S. states, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. What you are entitled to depends on your location.

How We Handle Your Request

Verification. For requests to access, correct, delete or export your information, we need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act. This protects your information from someone else requesting it. We may ask for additional details to match your request to our records. We do not require verification for a do-not-sell-or-share request.

Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer. Do-not-sell-or-share requests are actioned within 15 business days.

What we do with what you send us. Anything you provide to make a request is used only to process that request. We do not use it for marketing, we do not share it, and we do not keep it beyond what the law requires.

No penalty for asking. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

To unsubscribe from JLUXLABEL email or SMS, email our Customer Experience team at [email protected] and we will remove you from our marketing lists. You can also reply STOP to any text message.

You will still receive messages about orders you have placed, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and return notifications. Those are not marketing and unsubscribing does not stop them.
